Sandbox /3/ — the synthesis.

Everything decided so far, in one prototype: the Ledger language Adam chose from /2/ (with its design errors corrected), the ratified one-bar frame, and the new layer — workspace homes. Each verb area opens on “Today in Sell / Make / Ship / Money”: a morning surface that tells its people where to start, with the work actionable in place. The global Home remains the multi-hat aggregation.

New in /3/ — worth trying deliberately

Preview as… — click the user name (top right) and switch to Jordi (shipping), Núria (production) or Marta (sales). The bar prunes to their world and they land on their area’s Today. This is permissions shaping the frame — switch back to Adam for everything.
Workspace homes — Sell, Make, Ship, Money each open on a Today surface: stat row, act-in-place rows, the area’s schedule. Ship’s is the full exemplar.
Tap the active area again to return to its Today (like tapping the active tab in a phone app). Clicking any other area returns you to wherever you left it.
Counts in the bar menus — hover an area word: its pages carry live counts, so the nav is glanceable before you commit.
The spine, annotated — open order #40412 (Ctrl K → “40412”): the Connected rail is now a state-ringed pipeline with a sentence per hop, and the header carries a contextual Billing (€1.260,00 open) action.
Signature groups kept — the workbench groups waves by carton build with ONE “Pack 3 together” action, instead of a flat list of per-row buttons.
Density — Comfortable/Compact on list pages, persisted (from /2/).

Fixed relative to /2/

Make’s area hue separated from Money’s (they were two near-identical greens).
One primary action per group — no walls of black Pack buttons.
Entity ids drop redundant prefixes; the chip’s kind tag carries the kind.
